Design
Helical, also known as screw piles, provide an innovative steel foundation system using helical plates welded to a central shaft. The plates are customized to suit the ground conditions and loading requirements. Each pile’s unique design delivers excellent strength in both tension and compression, making them ideal for a wide range of applications.
At SPSC, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. That’s why every helical pile we design is tailored to the exact needs of your site. Our engineering team takes into account soil conditions, structural loads, and project goals to develop the most efficient and cost-effective foundation system possible for each individual project.
Manufacture
SPSC has a longstanding and successful relationship with a number of CE approved manufacturers and can provide solutions for projects with very short lead times. All products can be tailored to meet the needs of individual customers, catering from small to medium-sized projects, with respective diameters ranging from 60 to 100mm.
SPSC will work closely with Clients to ensure we can meet their needs with all designs meticulously customised according to their specifications. In almost all instances, these products are delivered directly from the factory to the client’s designated site, ensuring efficiency and prompt delivery for even the biggest projects.
Installation
TRIUR Construction, a sister company of SPSC, have extensive experience in the installation of helical/screw piles, with over 20,000 piles installed in a variety of applications over the past 4 years. Using the latest equipment and machinery, we have the ability to install your screw pile solution with minimal levels of disruption.
